Canceling Orders
Orders can ONLY be canceled by Robeez.com Customer Service. You must call Robeez.com Customer Service at 1-800-929-2649 to see if the order can be canceled. Please be aware that Customer Service is available Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm EST, Sat/Sun, 9am-8pm EST. The best time to cancel your order is within 15 minutes of placing it on the website. The longer you wait the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to the warehouse and the order will have to be shipped. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.
Returns
The Robeez brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. You may return your Robeez purchase within 45 days from day of purchase.
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your Robeez.com order invoice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us at 1-800-929-2649, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Robeez can only refund items originally purchased directly from Robeez.com or by phone.
Please note, Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.
Exchanges
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return Robeez merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through Robeez.com. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, crediting your account as necessary.
Gifts
If you would like to exchange a gift, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-929-2649, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
