Returns and Exchanges

The Robeez brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase with Robeez Ltd. Robeez return/exchange policy is 60 days from day of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return or exchange, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us at 1-800-929-2649, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM PST.

Exchanging your Robeez online purchase

If you are exchanging an item for another size, design or model, please print off the return/exchange form provided and include $5.95 for reshipping.

Please note that some products and sale items may have limited inventory. To ensure your selection is available, we suggest you place a new order online without delay and return the original products for a refund.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Robeez is happy to replace it for you. We can provide a same-size replacement in the same or different design. The $5.95 shipping fee is waived for replacement.

Returning your Robeez online purchase

If you are returning an item for a refund, please provide us with your order number, if known, and print off the return/exchange form provided. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Robeez.) Robeez can only refund items originally purchased directly from robeez.com or by phone.

Please note, Robeez Ltd. cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.


When shipping from outside of Canada, please use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express or UPS as we can’t receive it due to customs charges incurred at our end.
